Chef Chris Yan is ready to spoil us with some of his signature dishes at Lotus – one of the beautiful new open plan restaurants right on the water at Barangaroo. There’s something luxurious about eating exquisitely prepared Asian dishes in the open air and the team at Lotus will be turning it on. We will enjoy a dumpling making demonstration and tasting a dumpling that will feature on the upcoming Food Safari Earth TV show. You’ll enjoy oysters, prawns, baked fish and Wagyu beef as some of the courses served. We’ll have matched wines from Yalumba and enjoy Chinese hospitality and world class service.
