Explore the best food from the sun drenched countries around the Mediterranean starting with a visit to our favourite coffee merchant for a great Italian coffee, then into the warm welcoming Cypriot world and an emporium creating perfect dips, olives, haloumi and all the ingredients for a feast. We see some traditional breads being made at a two generation family baker and then taste our way through an Italian cheesemaker’s fresh mozzarella and burrata. We the visit the best of Malta – the family making the flakiest pastizzi by hand, before settling in to our dear Sicilian friend’s restaurant for some of their signature dishes from home with a glass of wine.
