Explore the best food from the sun drenched countries around the Mediterranean starting with a visit to our favourite coffee merchant for a great Italian coffee, then into the warm welcoming Cypriot world and an emporium creating perfect dips, olives, haloumi and all the ingredients for a feast. We see some traditional breads being made at a two generation family baker and then taste our way through an Italian cheesemaker’s fresh mozzarella and burrata. We pop in to one of the newest modern Cypriot/Mediterranean restaurants and see some of what’s being prepared for dinner and enjoy special tastings before settling in to our dear Sicilian friend’s restaurant for some of their signature dishes from home with wine.
