Tasmanian Gourmet Food Safari

Tasmania – Staying in Hobart right on the water is the perfect way to start a Tasmanian food adventure, visiting the famed Salamanca Market and vibrant Farm Gate Market to meet many producers on a Sunday; a visit to the acclaimed Agrarian Kitchen eatery for a long lunch and a visit to a farm growing perfect peonies and a legendary afternoon tea, plus visits to Glen Huon Dairy, Fat Pig Farm, Grandvewe Cheese, a day on Bruny Island sampling just out of the water oysters. We walk amongst some of the tallest trees on the island before lunch with winemaker Stefano Lubiana. Plus a day at MONA with a specially curated lunch at The Source, so many finds and tastes and warm welcoming locals.
