We had such fun on our lunch earlier this year with our friends at the Mediterranean inspired Barzaari that we are visiting again for a long Spring lunch – with a series of simply inspired seasonal dishes including deliciousness from the spit roast and wood-fired oven as well as brilliant dips and salads, and colossal desserts. The owners are two of the dynamos in the Sydney food scene – Darryl Martin and Andrew Jordanou will host us on the day and wines are matched to food by our friends from North East Victoria at Gapsted Wines. This is a Sunday lunch to savour – come by yourself or bring a group – we’ll have a chat with Andrew and Darryl and learn about their inspiration and some tips along the way.
