Inspired by the faces and flavours behind our series, Food Safari Earth, this tour highlights the bounty of the Earth in visits to the Sydney produce store of Amy Chanta & Palisa Anderson from Boon Luck Farm who grow many Thai and tropical vegetables and herbs; visits to a charming Maltese fruit and vegetable grower; an Indian mother and son making traditional chutneys, a wonderful woman making goats cheese and many others at a farmers market followed by a visit to an emporium with many pulses and legumes, Turkish pepper pastes and spices. We’ll have lunch with one of the stars of Food Safari Earth Attila Yilmaz at PAZAR Food Collective featuring some inspired and truly delicious vegetarian dishes.
Safari commences in Pitt St (meeting point) and returns to Central Station.
