Explore the best food from the sun drenched countries around the Mediterranean. We start with a visit to our favourite coffee merchant for a great Italian coffee, taste our way through an Italian cheesemaker’s fresh mozzarella and burrata, then into the warm welcoming Cypriot world and an emporium creating perfect dips, olives, haloumi and all the ingredients for a feast. We see some traditional breads being made at a two generation family baker and then visit the best of Malta – the family making the flakiest pastizzi by hand, before settling in for lunch with a glass of wine.
