It's been on my mind to contact you to acknowledge the absolutely fantastic day I had while participating on your Lebanese-Turkish food safari led by the gorgeous Ulku. The day was outstanding; from the hidden little gems around Sydney showcasing the cuisines of Lebanon and Turkey, the company of like minded foodies, the ease of transport from the fabulous Peter to last, but definitely not least, the beautiful Ulku, who provided use with insightful information and personal stories of her Turkish upbringing in Australia.
