November 2021

Dear friends,

Just letting you know that our February to July 2022 program for Gourmet Safaris is ready and the dates are on our website for you to have a look at and book.

We have a good range of safaris in Sydney and just a couple of spaces remain on our Victorian High Country Safari 6th to 11th March.

Plus a couple of long awaited Melbourne safaris.

New Banquet Lunch – We will confirm a long Saturday lunch at our friend Peter Conistis’ new waterfront restaurant Ploos at Campells Stores (right next to the Park Hyatt) in the new year.

(This will be exceptional and you’ll be at the hottest new restaurant in the city… best way to get the earliest information is to follow me on Instagram: maeveomeara)

Christmas Idea

Proud mama here…this is a unique idea that would be so clever as a gift or inspired Christmas card.

My son Conor is a skilled animator who has the ability to draw portraits live and from photos…He recently did some work with Givenchy and the response was wonderful.

He can sketch from photos and send image digitally or printed.

Find him through instagram  or Facebook

(And if you’re planning an event, having Conor come and sketch friends is a great idea.)

Dear friends, thank you for supporting us over this long strange time…we’ve managed to squeeze in some unique food adventures between lockdowns, had loads of time to work on many new ideas and for the first time in decades, had a really great rest.

We wish you a wonderful summer, Christmas and New Year…

Relax, enjoy and eat well,

Maeve and Suzy
