Tiffany –
Thanks for a fabulous day! Our Highlights: Traditional Cantonese Taste – we super loved the cheung fun and brisket soup; the street food Pancake place – Carlo loved the pancake with hoisin sauce and crunchy Chinese doughnut filling, lunch at Taste of Shunde – Goose pancakes were amazing! Also loved the deep fried taro balls.
Lucy was so knowledgeable – loved the sense of history that she brought to the tour, and explanations of dishes I’d always wondered about but never knew how they were eaten. Tiffany W.

Chinese Gourmet Food Safari was beyond our expectations. It was our seventh Food Safari, and easily one of the best weāve experienced.
Lucy was fantasticāextremely knowledgeable and engaging. She explained the different types of food in detail and beautifully wove in history, traditions, and home culture along the way.
The food itself was incredible. It opened up a whole new world for meānew vegetables, fruits, spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques I had never experienced before.
Make sure you arrive with an empty stomach, because there is a lot of food! By the end, I genuinely couldnāt eat another bite.
And of course, it wouldnāt be complete without the fabulous Maeve OāMeara touch.
